“I ordered a baking tray as advertised on the Dexam website, with dimensions 30cm x 22cm. The product which arrived was the wrong size, at 27cm x 21cm, although the invoice stated my required dimensions. Customer Services responded promptly but advised they did not do a baking tray 30cm x 22cm. It is misleading to offer something for sale which cannot be supplied.”

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you weren't happy with your experience. The product you ordered, as our Customer service Manager told you, has outer dimensions of 30 x 22cm and inner dimensions of 27 x 21 cm, both of which are clearly stated on the site. Whilst we are very sorry that this product was not suitable for your baking, we also have to say that we would never list a product on our site that cannot be supplied. “I ordered 6 runner bean cutters, I am very pleased with 5 of them but the 6th one I am unable to use as it is faulty from the manufacturer, this will not stop me using dexam in the future”
