“Very friendly customer service. Website has all the original manufacturer references so selection was easy I'm not a mechanic so was nervous about it not being a perfect match but no need to worry just pulled out the connector, disconnected the earth and unbolted the old unit and the went straight on, no messing and started 1st time. Very happy amateur😁”

“Halfway across the English Channel in my boat and a raw water elbow let go spraying my alternator with sea water. Kaput. Phone call to knowledgeable DFJ at 1pm was followed by a new one being delivered by their carrier DHL by 11am the following day. Less than 24hours. All fitted and off again back to sea. Well Done DFJ...”

“Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service meant that I was able to source the right alternator with a bespoke modification quickly at a reasonable price. (The couriers DPD sat on it for a day longer than they should have done but that's another story - they are acquiring a mixed reputation in my part of the world).”

“I found you on a search for kubota spares I rang and spoke to Barry with no part numbers just an engine number he was extremely helpful and understanding to my problem and advised me to the best parts i needed . they were with me in 23 hours of ordering Great service Many thanks Chris Thompson”

“I was very disappointed at the service of this company. We made an enquiry on the Thursday before bank holiday and was told it would be dispatched on the Friday. As the Monday was a bank holiday I fully eExpected to receive the part on the Tuesday which was reasonable under the circumstances. However I was very unhappy to find that haven’t been dispatched till five Tuesday and we wouldn’t receive until the Wednesday as a result of this my husband had to hire a car for another day and lose a day’s pay. When I tried to discuss this with Fran he seems very uninterested and just said “well this is what we have to deal with “ Also in today’s fast paced market I was surprised to find I could not get them beyond 5 or over the weekend”

Hello Ginny, as Fran explained to you on the phone, when you came back late on Thursday to order the unit you missed the cut off time for us to get it delivered to us for Friday, so this ultimately meant you where going to receive the unit a day later because are supplier couldn't get it to us in time.

“Called DFJ at 2pm ..rather late ..Barry decided the most reliable at this hour ,for next day arrival with myself ,was to drop the starter motor at the delivery depot hi self .. Arived in South Wales the following midday Thank you Barry and DFJ magic made easy 😁”
