“I was very disappointed at the service of this company. We made an enquiry on the Thursday before bank holiday and was told it would be dispatched on the Friday. As the Monday was a bank holiday I fully eExpected to receive the part on the Tuesday which was reasonable under the circumstances. However I was very unhappy to find that haven’t been dispatched till five Tuesday and we wouldn’t receive until the Wednesday as a result of this my husband had to hire a car for another day and lose a day’s pay. When I tried to discuss this with Fran he seems very uninterested and just said “well this is what we have to deal with “ Also in today’s fast paced market I was surprised to find I could not get them beyond 5 or over the weekend”

Hello Ginny, as Fran explained to you on the phone, when you came back late on Thursday to order the unit you missed the cut off time for us to get it delivered to us for Friday, so this ultimately meant you where going to receive the unit a day later because are supplier couldn't get it to us in time.

“We have purchased a motor started on November 2018 and on Monday 07/01/2019 someone from the workshop asked why we did not receive the goods then I have sent an email to sales department and They told us that they check the payment that we have made and then They realized that the motor has not been send. From my point of view that is not a correct reason. Very disappointed with the service.”

“J'ai commander un alternateur neuf qui ne marche pas, je l'ai renvoyer chez vous et je n'ai aucune information ni remboursement du produit encore moins des frais de port qui s’élève a 35 euros. "BRAVO" pour le professionnalisme, la réactivité, le suivi....... Aujourd’hui, je suis toujours en panne avec un alternateur dans la nature qui me revient plus cher que n'importe quel autre alternateur et j'ai l'impression de m’être fait arnaquer de près de 150 euros. N’hésiter pas a me faire parvenir des informations car DFJ est injoignable et ne répond pas aux mails. Merci.”
