“ Unfortunately, my recent experience with D.Franklin left me disheartened and frustrated. Late delivery, no communication and no one replies back to my emails, they did not accept my return and no refund and no explication given why!!! I would not recommend to anyone else to buy their products! ”

Delivery to the UK took 9 working days, which was before the estimated delivery date. The only problem i’ve had was that the press-stud on the case that it came with broke after 10 minutes, which was disappointing. ”

Once my order processing confirmation came through, the sunglasses then shortly arrived after that! The sunglasses were very well packed and the quality for the price you pay is brilliant. They are very well packaged from the outer box to the sunglasses cases to the sunglasses themselves! Very nice attention to detail on the quality of the sunglasses and they are exactly like on the pictures. Anyone leaving negative reviews because they haven't "had confirmation and it's been a week since ordering" just needs to at least give it a few more days as the website even clearly states that order processing confirmation can take a little while and a bit longer when they run a promotion! Positive experience from someone that took advantage when they ran the 2 for 1 promotion and even delivery times weren't bad at all! ”
