“ Honestly never experienced anything like this in my life. After waiting six weeks for delivery with minimal responses from D Franklin the shoes arrived faulty since this time three weeks has passes and ive sent a total 18 emails to them asking for a return shipping label and after only 3 emails back from them trying to make me keep the shoes for half the price ive had nothing since im now trying to pursue this through my bank I would not recommend this company for a million pound! They are utterly horrendous ”
