One month later they did not accepted making me a refund and covering the delivery costs to return the boots back since it was their fault.

I bought two pairs of shoes (the Vibla model), and both developed the same issue after only a few months of use: the upper mesh started to tear. I wear the shoes carefully and not on a daily basis, so this kind of damage is unacceptable. When I contacted customer service to request a return or refund, my claim was rejected. Be aware that while the shoes look good, the build quality is far below what I would expect for this price.

I cannot stress this enough, do not shop with this company. Item will never arrive and they will NOT refund and try and have you track down the package yourself. A scam of a company. Terrible experience and I don't often leave reviews. Avoid at all costs.

So not only did they screw up my order, but they also put the burden on me to fix their mistake and then made me wait even longer for a refund.

I never got my shoes. It’s been a month now. I have reported them to PayPal. Hope to get a refund. DON’T BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

If i could give them a zero I would. Do not deal with this company. They sent my item to the wrong address, even though I informed them of the error repeatedly. Then when I tried to get a refund I was sent a packing slip to return the item. HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO DO THAT WHEN I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience on this site. After six months of communication, I still have not received the second pair of glasses nor a refund. This site is a complete scam and deceptive. Be very cautious with this site. They do not deliver the products, respond to messages only once a month, and give the appearance of activity without providing any real assistance. They are fraudsters! Proceed with extreme caution!

No customer service to talk to. Been waiting on a refund for items sent back. wrote back to the email that said to contact them after 14 days. Got a mail back saying the same thing again and asking to wait another 14 days. Would not recommend or buy again since this seems to be the common customer service experience that everyone has had.
