“The organisation and communication is shocking.
Andrew messed up our first contract, which resulted in us travelling back to the store. Then Paul messed up our second contract. So they have sent our new contract in the post. We raised a complaint with Amy on customer services. She advised that we will recieve a phone call from the store within 24 hours. Sam from the store called us at 17:59 and left a voicemail saying he will not compensate us for growing errors, even though admitting fault. And he won't be back in office till Monday to help us. We tried to callback but he shut off the phones so we couldn't get in contact.
I am disappointed, that a simple contract could not be completed and that the phrase customer service is abused. It has caused a serious amount of stress. This is unacceptable and should be investigated.”
“Not happy. Spent £1100 on Freya 4 seater with lounger only for the lounger seat to sink 3 weeks later. Apparently because the sofa is “sprung” but the support stool under the chaise is firm! So my bottom sinks lower than my legs. Worst possible thing when you have a bad back!!! And even worse when I made a point of telling all the assistants in store that I need a firm sofa because of my back!! Waiting to discuss further with store.”
