Appalling after sales.
Placing the order instore was great no issues. However after they took my money, its been nothing but unprofessional, lies, appalling service, misleading information, no return of calls, late delivery by 3 days impacting on work, don't care attitude, customer services a waste of time, the list is endless. DFS don't care once they have your money. Avoid.

i have had an engineer out to visit and then a follow up call from the cambridge store manager who has told me it’s like a jumper that you need to de-bobble, all you need to do is get a debobbler tool, i explained that if someone had told me this about would never of bought it, really unhappy with this service and would advise people not to buy this sofa or use DFS.
