“Overall my experience was fine, however it wasn't very clear when the 'free gift' offer was going to finish. I didn't complete my order in time (missed by 1 day) and so missed out. You can never really tell if a company is good until there is a problem though.”

Promotions do change quiet often and we are do not receive an end date for the promotion changes.
