If you do place an order with us then we do require you to have at least £1 in your account. The reason for this is so that the relevant security and credit checks can be completed. Once they have been completed the £1 is returned back to you, but we do have to advise to allow a maximum of 7 to 10 working days as it will depend on your bank.

“I heard Dial a phone is a good company for Mobile phone, but in my case I had a different Experience. I choose to buy Nokia Lumia 520. This phone kept turning off on its own, It started showing different date rather than correct date. I struggled then I tried to contact Dial a phone on 0844 numbers which I did not like.First couple of times my phone call could not attract any Human being just wait then message and options .
I considered myself lucky that my 3rd phone call on 0844 number after all options I was attended by an operator. Later I walked into local Phones 4 U shop there Manager tried to upgrade software ( that,s what he said ) phone was still not working properly. At last my Daughter made long phone calls to Dial a phone some one from Technical department gave instructions and my daughter carried on following all instructions. That did not bring any long term solution at the end an operator said ok Dial a phone will cancel the contract and Network ( Orange ) will be informed to stop any charge. I have received e-mail from Dial A phone as confirmation and assurance.
The phone which I could not use due to unrealiabiality and wasted my time for saving phone numbers and email addresses few times gathering dust and waiting for return back to Dial A phone . Today Network Orange charged my bank account 2 months charge I do not know Where & Who will put things right ??? I am stopping Direct Debit straight away.”
