Very poor service when trying to get a small problem resolved. Ended up cancelling the whole contrct as I was treted so poorly

my partenr spent a whole weekedn tryingto order but it kept cancelling the order as you didnt recognise the adress. He was promised £70 cashback. When i eventually ordered in my name i havent been credited with the £70. That is not acceptable. and i said i woudl cancel today as i am within my cooling off period but no one has contacted me so i will have to cancel regardless Dr Burt

Ordered an Iphone 4 on the orange network. All was ok with this until I got a phone call from a lady in another part of the country, advising me that she had my Orange welcome letter and that it was addressed to her son!! On contacting Orange, I was advised that as this phone was not registered to myself they could not discuss this matter with me. Even though I said I was sitting with the phone in my hand and I had just got it from Dialaphone. Contacted Dialaphone who advised that this was a problem at Orange's end. The lady who had phoned me (who I do not know but thank goodness she took it upon herself to contact me, as I would never have been able to get this sorted out) was then phoning Orange to try and get this rectified. As usual, both side's blaming each other. Me in the middle not sure who had access to my personal details but I certainly didn't. 3 weeks later and after numerous phone calls to Dialaphone and Orange, Dialaphone said they would cotact me within 5 days with an explanation. 2 days later got a call from Dialaphone. Saying they had escalated the problem and it would take another 5 days to resolve and they would contact me to let me know when this was sorted. The poor lady and her son, who had originally contacted me to let me know about the letter, sorted this out for me. Not Dialaphone or Orange. Terrible, terrible service from both providers, and guess what? After 5 days no contact from Dialaphone or Orange. It was again the lady with the letter who called to let me know that she had eventually got this rectified. Absolutely disgusted with this service. Incapable, Incompetent, a data protection breach surely. no apologies or compensation offered. I would not recommend anyone to buy a phone from Dialaphone and wish I hadn't bothered.

Even though the deal was available online i was asked to call the team and told i would need to pay £150 deposit. Its a rubbish service from dial a phone. I would never recommend any of my friend.

Faulty phone received and bad customer service, nobody responded and as a new customer to a contract mobile phone, didn't seem interested in my complaint.

Took a contract out through phones 4 u. It was a dial a phone contract. The female that was dealing with it made an error on the computer system when inputting my details, which lead to a long chain of phone calls I had to make and got nowhere with them as no one could see the error that was made. And after a large amount was taken from my bank account by EE and being charged for every phone call for an error they had made I was not a happy customer. It took over a week and around 10 phone calls for the problem to be rectified. Would not recommend buying a contract through dial a phone/phones 4 u whatsoever.

I was pleased with the upgrade I got offered but was disappointed when my current phone got deactivated before I received my new phone. Unfortunately I wasn't able to choose a delivery day/time or have the phone delivered to a work address so therefore cancelled the upgrade. After many phone calls my current phone still wasn't working as I had promised it would be. In the end I rang the net work myself after 3 weeks of no phone. I am still waiting for my cancellation to go through so I can finally upgrade my phone.

Agreed a new contract but Dialaphone gave the wrong details to the operator so I was paying for a non-comparable contract (1Gb of 3G rather than 4Gb of 4G for the same price). They said they were unable to do anything to rectify their error so I've had to cancel and will be without a phone while I send my new one back, order a new phone and port my number across again! No compensation offered at all for any of this so I'm also out of pocket.

I had a upgrade from t mobile to ee I was cut off with no phone and wasn't told this would happen also I was sent a faulty sim card but was told to send the phone back so no phone for a week then once I got the second phone then you realised it was the sim card

I was wary of going through a p4u company and I was right. Was offered one deal on the phone and then told I had made it up when I called to take it out. Was then lied to when taking out the contract and told it would be half price for 3 months and it wasn't.

The service from Dialaphone has been absolutely atrocious. Took over a month to get connected to the Network correctly. It has taken a massive amount of my time, numerous phone calls, a change of SIM cards and eventually a change of phone. Also, the issue caused a great deal of stress, worry and inconvenience as the phone was bought for my 17 year old daughter who is away at college. Complete lack of ownership by anyone within Dialaphone. One person even refused to give their name! Guy Roberts Surprise me, by growing some and contacting me with full apology and compensation. I expect the poor feedback will be conveniently lost and forgotten. Incredibly disappointed and will encourage people to use anyone but Dialaphone

i can see no reason for the delay in the smart watch. i was not told of the delay at the time of the sale. 1 month later and still no smart watch.. the delay has left a bad taste for me and i am not happy with it

Nothing but problems from the time phone ordered took a month to sort and when contract ends will never use you again.

The service I have received has been appalling. My phone arrived without a SIM card, it then took over a month to arrive. When one did arrive I was told by the person on the phone it was invalid, they then hung up on me. When I called back the second person was so rude I ended the conversation in tears. The next person I rang offered me a refund (after I told them I EXPECTED it) which should arrive within 2 days. That was ?? days ago and it has not arrived. I rang again asking where my money was. The person apologised and said it would be fast-tracked to me. It still hasn't arrived. Shocking service. Absolutely disgusted.
