“Rang yesterday and when asked price for springs £168 a pair plus fitting agreed and quoted £344.50 to replace spring Arrived at 1105 and left 1140 having replaced 1 spring and other spring not left even though I assume I had paid for it No invoice so work this out hourly charge Of excess of £300 pounds????? Extortionate .. you live and learn but beware!!!!!”

“Don't use this company.They replaced the wheels on my garage door two years in a row after telling us that they only had to be replaced every five years. They are claiming that I should've known that. I don't know what goes into a garage door tuneup, but I do know I expect the company to be able to check that and represent it to me. Also the composition of the wheels are different from the old ones to the new ones and tech know that as well. I called customer service and all the rep could tell me in many different forms up I should have known that. If you call an expert in the field I expect them to know it.”
