If I could, I would give zero stars to DID. I’ve never experienced worse customer service! They delivered a damaged TV, and I’ve now been waiting over two months for them to take it back. No response to emails, no call back—nothing! Make sure you never order from them!

Don't go near DID!.I bought a washer dryer machine last October and paid to have it installed by them. On the 18th April my machine wasn’t spinning so we looked at the instructions for the machine and it said check the filter and there was a sock in it which was the problem. But it was only because of this when we removed the kick board we saw underneath our presses was covered in puddle’s which was happening for months, as I couldn’t understand where the damp smell was coming from . They sent an engineer out and he said it was an installation problem and not the machine. And now I’m nearly 4 weeks without a machine because they’re arguing about the engineers evaluation. Now I’m in the process of going to the small claims court as my machine is under warranty and I have insurance on it and I’m not willing to keep attending the launderette any more, which is costing me more money. My patience has gone. To be completely ignored is an absolute DISGRACE! Very poor customer service!

Very bad service this company is hope someone can sort this out when they informed you that the product you bought from the. Is out for delivery and they did not turn up ang you endured up defrosting your fridge ang you never hear from them .
