After when I logged in I saw someone playing on this account. I asked the seller how can this be so? He didn't answer. I asked if you could send me the email address and the related things so that the account is 100% mine? He said I can't... I asked the live support, who said that they would notify and ask the seller, but the result was that the delivery time was extended, and then I demanded a full refund, which resulted in the case being closed in favor of the seller... After I created a ticket and they said the same thing, they would notify the seller and the result was that they accepted the delivery without my will...

The seller started to ghost me as soon as I complained after 24h of not receiving my account. rude and fragmentary responses were all I got. I've let 10 days pass before realizing the seller is not going to deliver what it was promised. Alright, I thought, I bought from this site because a warranty on the product was advertised, I'm just going to ask for a refund directly from the support of the site and they are going to give me back my money.
