“bought a game on Difmark from seller "allgames / gamegure" for our nintendo Switch
i got an account in japanish or chinese language from the seller
did manage to download and install the game on my switch
after 5 mins a got kicked out of the game becouse the account was in use by another user this problem keeps going on
after 1 month now i still don,t have my money back

they told me to use the username password to login in and switch to offline to use the game ... paid 24 dollars and the product was not even mine
many others also report they get kicked off soon after
There is no refund they say there is but support just pretends to look into it and vanishes its 100% a scam site... they also write their own fake reviews too”

Here's one more scammed by this platform, I bought a game that was in the "key games" category but it was really a shared steam account. I only realized it within 10 minutes of buying it and contacted support. They have treated me horribly and I can confirm what people and even trustpilot say, this platform is not trustworthy, I feel like I am being scammed and they do not return my money, they have to know that consumer rights do not exist on this platform. They say that there is a 30-day guarantee and that it is also instant, since both are lies. I don't even have anything I bought, nor do I want it, since their offer is misleading... and they know it.”

“BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE!!! They are all scammers here. Don't ever buy games here. If nobody will patronize them, they will die eventually. I bought the game, The Legend of Zelda for 406 kroner. I wasn't able to play it after installation because error code 2819-0003 keeps popping out. The keys that they gave was not theirs. Someone is owning it that's why I can't even play with it. I asked for a refund but the seller was just reading my messages and didn't reply to me even once. I reached out to the website's customer service and tried to negotiate, to just replace the game so I'll just forget about the refund. But nothing happened for almost one month of begging to help me. They will say to not worry that they will contact the seller, that they only have reliable sellers, etc. All they were saying are bullshits and lies. Don't waste your money here.”
