“After being told by the dealer that my battery had failed (which I didn't think was possible since the battery is less than 2 years old) I gave them a call to have it replaced since I knew it would be less than the dealership (more than $370 for a new battery and installation). DIFY tested the battery and it was fine and did some other tests to make sure everything else with my car was fine as well. I ended up only getting charged for a diagnostic fee but I am still a happy customer and will seek them out when the battery does need to be changed in my car. Great customer service and would recommend them to anyone.”

“What an awesome service. My battery died after 5+ years and I decided to make a call to DIFY. We simply made an appointment for the next morning. Everyone was very nice. The price was exactly the same as the quote. They showed up as scheduled. Called me 30 mins before arriving. Checked my alternator and starter to see if I actually needed a battery. In less than 20 mins the job was done in my garage. New battery.
4-year warranty. Paid with card after job was finished. Perfect. No tow truck. No bothering anyone for a jump. No going to the parts store and guessing at the correct battery needed.
