I would give no stars if possible, i had a very very horrible experience with them i never received an order of $300.00 and they refuse to give me my refund back i am reporting them everywhere im opening a dispute with my bank

My order is missing and I contacted customer service about the issue and they refused to give me a refund. I understand people lie about this but I am telling the truth about never receiving the item. It said it was delivered to the correct address but I didn’t get any proof of delivery or notification that it was delivered

I was in tear, How dare you accuse me of stealing! I spoke with the store manager, and let him know I wanted to exchange the perfume or provide a refund, but ultimately stated that there was nothing he could do to assist me.

After buying a dress within the last 2 weeks, and then seeing that went on sale over the weekend, I asked for a price match. Customer Service said “Dillard's does not participate in price matching or issue price adjustments.” So I’ll be returning that dress for a full refund and will remember that they do not need to retain customers - even in this economy. They lost a customer over $64, btw.

They talk to me trying to belittle me didn’t wanna take any responsibilities of the error blame everything on me told me I would not get a refund the shoes was delivered to someone else so now I have no product And still has to pay $120 ask for corporate number I was told that they wouldn’t not respond to me that I had to talk to them.

Purchased a blender online. Didnt work. Returned at local store for a full refund. That was great! They dont carry the brand except online. A week later the blender was on the clearance rack for sale at store. Yikes!

I called Dillards to let them know, that the wallet had been return to them, and that afterpay needed to be made aware; so that i could be refunded from AFTERPAY.
