“ Ordered a dress online for an event I was attending, the dress arrived and unfortunately, had to be returned. They don’t give back the full cost as they charge a $25 restocking fee along with tax, and 9.95 for shipping label. I won’t be ordering from Dillards in the future as Macy’s and Nordstroms do not charge for returns. I will no longer shop at Dillards for this reason. ”
