“Excellent service! Jim came the same day, repaired my garage door quickly and was not phased by any broken wires or technical problems. He surely knows his stuff! I was very impressed. I can surely recommend Jim's services. He is a very kind man and a true expert in his field.”

“After reading several reviews on different websites. I contacted Jim at Dimension Garage Doors. He came and gave me a quote explained everything in plain english. Jim and his son came and fitted the garage door today. I am extremely pleased with there work and would recommend them to anybody. They came on time and took just under 2 hours to fit the door and very clean workers. Thank you so much both of you.”

“I Chose Jim to replace my dilapidated up and over garage door because his price was very competitive; he was friendly and helpful; and provided new surround cladding that gave a lovely finished appearance to my new electrified Georgian door that I have been delighted with. A family business and a service that he has every right to take a pride in. He always answered the phone; was reliable and trustworthy. I have no hesitation in endorsing the recommendations of his other satisfied customers.”

“The work carried out by Jim at Dimension Garage Doors was excellent. We had two new garage doors fitted to seal a Car Port - and the finish is just as good as the workmanship. They went the extra mile to ensure a protruding gas pipe and tube light was not an issue with the installation. Very hard working and sincere bunch of fellas. Thanks again.”

“I would highly recommend Dimension Garage Doors, they are helpful, friendly and professional. I had a broken spring on a garage door and although the door and spring had been discontinued they were able to replace both springs. They came when they said they would, got the job done and tidied away when they left. I am extremely happy with the service and would definitely use them again.”

“house up for sale. wife took car out of garage then oh no 1 of springs had broken panic phoned dimensions .Jim and son arrived within the hour . repaired the spring and finished within 1hour .....excellent service.”

“They were very prompt on arriving and completed the job within 4 hours. They were professional at times and my wife was very impressed with the fact that, unlike other trademen, they tidied up both as they went along and on completion. “Jim came promptly to assess my 25 year old automatic door that had stopped working - I wanted a complete roller replacement, we discussed options and 3 weeks later he installed an Allugard roller system. Prompt, efficient, tidy, all waste removed and a great finish. Thoroughly recommend.”

“I had an old rotten metal door, I acquired a nearly new garage door and needed somebody to replace the door. I had seen Jim replacing a garage door on my estate so I gave him a ring, Jim came to my house and gave me a very very competitive estimate to do the work. He replaced the existing wooden frame, fitted the door and finished off with plastic facia. The job was done when he said he would do it and the price was the same as the estimate. As the door was not new the effect is stunning, well done Jim and his son (and Charlie the dog).”

“My garage up and over door had dropped and I had difficult closing the door. Contacted Jim and he gave me a very competitive quote compared to similar companies. He attended promptly when he said he would and effectively, professionally and quickly repaired my door. Excellent service from a friendly company. I would have no problem in using them again and would strongly recommend.”

“I am extremely pleased with the garage doors that I have had fitted by Dimension Garage Doors. Not only are the Hormann sectional doors very solid and high quality, but the installation is absolutely first rate. From my initial contact with Jim at Dimension I have been impressed with the service I have received. The options available were discussed and it was clear that the emphasis was on what would be the best solution for my needs. The fitting of the doors is immaculate, and Jim and the fitters were very tidy leaving my garage tidier than when they arrived! Jim even went to great lengths to make sure the doors surround was finished off well, creating a bespoke design ordering the materials and fitting them to the highest standard on another visit. All in all I am very pleased and would not hesitate to use Dimension again or recommend them to others.”
