“The food is good, but the delivery of it is poor. I live in a block of apartments in Sydney where crime is reasonably high. Okay I get text messages about the immenent arrival of my order, but then the deliverer is prepared to leave it on the outside of the building, not buzzing the apartment so that at least the parcel can be left inside the secure front entrance.
I'm reluctant to re-order food because of this security indifference.”
