“I believe you are located in Sydney so I am not sure if that has anything to do with the flavour and taste. Melbourne is considered as the No.1 food capital of the world. I feel like these meals are prepared with fussy children in mind, sorry!”
“We have enjoyed our first order of food. We found the customer service vey unfriendly and unhelpful after I rang to get some information with our first order. I didnt pick the order up for an hour as the person delivering did not ring the doorbell and I was home at the time. I realise they left a text message, but I did not get it straight away. One of the meals, the sticky date had defrosted and I wanted to check if I could freeze it and if it had come frozen. After I had left 3 messages on your phone messages, someone rang back and they were blaiming me for not picking it up from my porch straight away. I have recently returned from hospital with an injury and I found the customer service very umpleasant and quite rude. I did however enjoy the food, so it is a shame the staff ruined my experience.”

“This was my first order. I haven't yet eaten the Ratatouile or Chicken Parmiagiani.
I would like to order again but being aged 93 I had great difficulty with your website and was told I could only place an order by phone ONCE. This seems at odds with your emphasis on being friendly. I'd hoped to order regularly as shopping and cooking have become very difficult due to part blindness now .”
“The chicken was nice but this dish didn't reheat well. The vegetables weren't crisp when reheating and weren't many of them, the tarragon sauce was oily. Good concept but it just didn't work out well for us”
“My order was delivered to the wrong address even though live location and two photos of my house were uploaded with the delivery details. We have a newborn baby so this meant we had to plan meals and go to the shops that week last minute which was not ideal. Dinner ladies refunded the amount but there was no extra compensation for the inconvenience.”
“Delivery was great. The satay chicken was nice but the second meal eaten last week was the beef stroganoff where a piece of alfoil was in the meal. Although the meal itself was nice. There are still meals in the freezer to be eaten.”
“Ordered a variety of dishes. Have only tasted the meatballs so far, and found them very salty. I’ve checked the salt content on some of the other meals I ordered and can see that sodium is quite high on many of the options.”
“Im so disappointed as the last few times I have ordered the quality has really decreased. The chicken/edamame bites had old garlic/ onion? in them and tasted awful. The prawn curry was watery. The coconut rice less flavoursome, the meat balls inedible :(”
“The beef stroganoff was bad it is made with sour cream there was none of that and one mushroom and hardy no onions it is loaded with those veg or supposedly the flavour was not right I don't think I'll order dinner ladies again most of it tasted the same”
“I was a bit disappointed by the whole experience to be honest. Recommended by a friend in the post-partum period for ease. The meals were ok, except a few, which I really didn’t like- pad Thai and lamb, which I’m usually a big fan of. Meat poor quality. Flavours average. The beef pie which I was recommended was not available.”
