“Excellent phone manner. I had a few questions regarding delivery. The 'Dinner Lady' I talked with over the phone was very professional. I was reassured that the delivery would make it to my address. Sometimes a concern when you live in an Apartment complex. Delivery was very smooth. I received several texts, even the night before confirming my delivery. On the day another text message with eta and then on approach. The meals so far have been delicious. I was given a $200 gift certificate from my brother and his wife. Such a thoughtful generous gift. Was so much fun perusing all the meals.”
