I would have been happy with a refund of the engrave or some discount of the next purchase and I would have leave it at that but even that wasn't offered to me by Paul.

Following up and 8 days later to be told that the item is sold out and advise customers to call customer service to follow up refund.

Shop at Nordstrom or any other place and avoid Dior. They are the worst company for returns. I returned some perfume i bought for my wife for valentines and I still haven’t received my refund even though they received my return already. I don’t get it.

I was told from several Dior representatives that I did not need to return the item for a refund and had to wait couple more days to process.

I did not do enough research before collaborating with them. I felt foolish for placing so much trust in them; when I tried to disengage, I lost communication with them. After registering an official complaint with M A D A C O V I.X Y Z, I was given a complete refund.

The store manager told me that the store cannot exchange any other items and cannot refund and no replace any chain and it will take up to 4 months to send me a new chain, so I can only use it after it is sent.

Love the products but the customer service is the worst I have ever seen! My order went missing and I still can’t get any resolution from them. No refund, no replacement. They keep telling me that this is mail carrier fault. Very sad 🥵

Then they sent a letter stating there’s as a blemish on the sole abd being returned to me, which was exactly how I received them and will not refund me.
