I’ve ordered golf shoes size 11 and received size 9. I’ve contacted customer service and I was promised the correct size with next day delivery after sending back the wrong size. After days chasing up I received partial refund without the postage without any explanation. As this was Direct Golf fault I’m expecting full refund including the postage! Very bad customer service!

I've tried 4 different ways to get hold of their customer service. There's no number to ring but I've emailed, tweeted, written on their facebook page and messaged them on facebook, but no reply! I find it amazing that they can have such bad customer service!

Terrible customer service, can't call as there is no contact number! Good luck if you ever need to get a refund!

paid for next day delivery service so my order would be delivered on my day off,but parcel never arrived. after receiving parcel i checked bank balance and sports direct had charged me twice for the same order.unhappy customer

Quite adequate service, arrived in good time and order. I also visited your MK store and it looked like a bomb had hit it. If the new owner is looking to impress golfers with his "sell it cheap" approach he will fail. It reminded me of a closing down Woolworth of old.

I placed an order for a Ping G25 Driver in Sept but was informed in mid Oct it had been cancelled due to problem. I lost the 20% offer on at the time. General lack of any interest in poor customer service

Really disappointing experience: poor communication, incomplete order & 2 months wait! The only other time I used DG the service was 1st class? Would use DG as a last resort.

I am still waiting for me order to be delivered - I have emailed Direct Golf Customer Service twice for an update but have not had a response - I'm not happy!
