“My table arrived on 4th September and I am very pleased with it. It was well wrapped and protected. Your communication was excellent but I would have like more information from Furdeco about the wait for delivery. I ordered the table on 11th August and I understand that Direct Living quickly released the table to Furdeco. Although Furdeco were quick to communicate with me by email, I had one missed call from them about delivery and then heard nothing more for another week, by which time I contacted them. Furdeco did a good job but I would have found it useful to know I had a two week wait for delivery. However, a pleasing transaction with Direct Living. Thank you, Anne Flint”

“The Portland dining chairs that we purchased are of very high quality and were very well packaged for transportation. Good pre-purchase contact with the staff. The chairs were delivered in the quoted time slot, and we found the delivery people to be very friendly and helpful. They assisted in the unpacking and inspection of the chairs, and they removed all the packaging for us. We highly recommend the company, the items purchased and the delivery people. We would have no hesitation in buying from the company in the future.”

“Delighted with my new oak desk. A lovely item, excellent quality. Delivery was efficient and the two chaps were very polite and helpful, taking all the packaging away with them. Customer service was fantastic, very fast response to my emails. Thanks to Marcel in particular! :) Would definitely recommend and will use again. Thank you - a refreshing experience!”
