“MDM offers a good online presence with descriptive product details and pictures. The ordering process is very straight forward and simple to use and the items I purchased were in stock so there is good notification of products ordered being despatched but the company would benefit from using a delivery company that has tracking updates as there is no indication how many days delivery would take or roughly what time of day the goods would arrive. At the moment its just a generic good despatch email confirmation but on both occasions I ordered, the goods arrived around 4 days after that email which is ok but would be good to know exactly what date delivery would be made, something which in this day and age should be standard practice.”

“Reasonably priced chairs, quick delivery. Very comfortable style and look great in our dining room. Only downside was the plastic put on the legs to protect them is under all the screws/fittings so it is very tricky to get off.”
