“Ordered 2 chairs from this company arrived on time but 1 was the wrong colour. Rung mdm furniture and was arranged to collect and replace the wrong item with no problem whatsoever”

“From ordering to delivery everything was very easy only thing disappointing was not being notified of delivery day. The chairs are good quality the only thing that lets them down is the slight difference in colour in the base and top.”

“Item was delivered as stated. Packaging good and item easy to assemble. Good communication with the seller. To improve Would prefer to get an email stating that the item had been ordered as I had to phone to confirm but sure that can be rectified.”

“Quick delivery, the chair easy to assessable and comfortable. I can tell by looking at the chair up close that it is not the best quality, but for the price (best I found online) and the quick delivery, it is definitely worth it and I would consider buying another one.”

“The chairs came quickly and we're packaged well. But out of 9 chairs we need to return one set of legs as they are not level on the ground! Overall very happy with the service.”

“I am really happy with the chairs. Def value for money. They look good and are easy to clean. At first i thought it would be a bit difficult to get the last part of the final leg attached however I managed, and then the rest were easy. One of the wooden legs has a little split in it near the screw (it arrived like this) but as it is difficult to spot I didn't bother returning - so my fault really. Otherwise I would have rated the product as very good.”

“The goods arrived in timely manner and were fine. You actually did what you said you would do. If you are looking to make improvements you may wish to take a look at your spelling (correct spelling is "customers" and "take on board")!”

“I've given MDM furniture a 4 star rating, there service, speed and price really were good. The delivery was very fast (2 days for 2 large chairs) and the delivery company sent emails updating me of progress and gave me a 1 hour slot on the day of delivery which was fantastic. The actual furniture was not quite what I expected however, but this was not necessarily MDM's fault. The problem was with the Verner Panton plastic chair I ordered. It had a dimpled plastic finish which made it look cheap. They use professional photographers for their website and I could see that there was a Matt finish to the chairs but I don't feel the true nature of the finish was conveyed in their photos. They're refunding but I pay for return. A good company though, and would use again no problem”

“Although very happy with goods trying to re-order a second I found it impossible to use your page. Firstly every time I tried to pay by card I was thrown off, then I could not find any evidence of my first order. Not very efficient in my opinion.”
