“Unfortunately I encounters a few issues with the delivery of my kitchen stools, and there some confusion regarding them being fully assembled or sold as flat packed. I spoke to Stephen who was extremely helpful and resolved the issue. I love the stools and found the service very helpful. I would order again from MGM. Helen Inch”

“My computer chair was easy to assemble and I just love it, It is very comfortable and looks good. I also ordered two ghost chairs and they arrived later than computer chair. They are excellent value for money and are comfortable in the den. Would definitely shop with M D M again”

“Lovely chairs- well made, easy to put together and delivered very promptly. Only disappointment - a screw missing from one of the chairs. However, sorted very quickly with a phone call. Would definitely purchase again from MDM.”

“Ordered masters chairs which were delivered within 4 days of ordering . We compared them directly with the originals and thought they were nearly same quality.”

“Hi, from the moment I picked the phone up to speak to them, ordering of the chairs, payment, through to being kept upto date on time of delivery was good. My only complaint would be that the screw putting the seats together (4 on each chair) were of a quite soft metal & you had to be very careful when tightiening them up as one of them I've had issues with as it's fallen out as it's threaded and it won't tighten.”

“great service and quick delivery. the outdoor chairs I ordered collect water though in a puddle where you normally sit so had to drill some holes in it. apart from that very happy with the process.”

“Very quick delivery, product was a little difficult to assemble due to misaligned pre drilled holes, but managed to manipulate with 2 people, overall quality of this stool was very good.”

“Chair is great, looks fabulous, is comfortable and came within 2 days. However, the box looked like it had been in a train crash. It had obviously been opened and used before. The packaging contain the screws was sellotaped back together. Everything was present and correct except the instructions, fortunately it was easy enough without. Had to say I was disappointed to be charged full price for a return.”

“I bought 6 Eiffel chairs. Very quick and efficient delivery. Chairs are good value and look good for the price but some of them were very tricky to assemble as the some of the screws are not quite long enough, meaning the only way to get the legs on is to remove the smaller washer which makes the chairs less robust (one has already collapsed!) but the legs do screw back on again. Overall good for the price (most the others I found online were twice the price) and they look nice but you get what you pay for and I'm not sure how long these will last...they look great for now though.”

“Chair it's self wasn't the easiest to put together , due to terrible instructions as some of the parts not even listed - once put together the chair looks nice and feels good quality so definetly value for money. Delivery was quick and efficient.”
