“Lovely table but even nicer delivery driver who helped with unpacking as table was in a wooden box which I would have never been able to open myself. Great staff!”

“The delivery went well, on time and correct. However, a small piece was missing. I contacted the company by phone, filled up the online form and was delivered with the missing piece within 48h. When it mattered they responded well and quickly. Good service.”

“Very friendly service. A slight hiccup when they forgot to tell that our chairs were not going to be delivered the following day, as promised. But they were apologetic and then pulled out all the stops to turn our follow up order round really fast. I would definitely order from MDM again, but I recommend having a chat with them before placing the order.”

“Great furniture. They however got the delivery address incorrect which delayed delivery. I had to arrange for someone to be there 2 days instead of just 1.”

“Missed out on "Very Good" rating only because of the delivery company used in London. Driver refused to help deliver goods (chairs - not heavy but bulky) to my flat despite the building I live in being equipped with 2 lifts. He also would not allow me the time to check that the goods were conform to my order and in good condition (luckily enough, all was as it should be).”

“Ordered 2 tulip chairs which arrived well packed and looked very good after assembly. Delivery was meant to be next day but had a phone call, from a very polite and apologetic person, to say the product was out of stock although nothing was mentioned when ordering online. Delivery was made about a week later but without contacting me first. Would use them again but they need to improve communication .”

“Promised next day delivery so ordered on Friday for Monday delivery and true to their word, everything arrived on time. Was a little concerned as didn't receive a confirmation of the order or despatch notice so tried to ring MDM on Monday morning but after a few minutes of ringing there was no answer. Delivery was well packaged and arrived in 2 parts to prevent damage. The chairs (Eames style DSW) look good and were relatively easy to put together. Would definitely consider purchasing from MDM again.”

“The chairs are as described and what I was looking for. The delivery took longer than I had anticipated and I felt the need to confirm that the order was being processed, as I had only received automated emails. When I exchanged emails with MDM Furniture, the order then arrived promptly. This was 7 days after I made the order. I didn't need the chairs urgently, so overall I'm happy with the value for money of the chairs and with the personal customer service when I contacted the company.”

“Very happy with our purchase of Charles Eames kitchen chairs. They are of good quality. Disappointed with delivery. Ordered at the weekend for next day delivery Monday on the website. We did not receive our chairs till 8days later. I was concerned about delivery as I work. I was told I would receive notification when they would be delivered. This didn't happen. I was very fortunate that the kitchen fitters were here working and took delivery.”

“Second order with MDM, again fast deliver. Did have a problem with bolts not being long enough, but called MDF and they sent out new bolts / fittings quickly. Very happy with the rocker, quality is good for the price paid.”

“I'm delighted with my chairs. Look great, excellent value for money and very comfortable. Packaging and delivery time really good. One small grip not about the chairs. I went into my email to look for a confirmation, to find two emails one offering 10% off my purchase. The second the confirmation I was looking for. Bit frustrated about that. Tried to call customer service a couple of times to complain and could never get an answer.”

“We bought 4 Gibraltar bar stools. The delivery was super quick. Although we were missing a few pegs to hide the screws MDM were able to send us some. We are very happy with the stools which are very comfortable.”
