“Straight forward to deal with. Quick delivery, in the time slot provided, and excellent prices. An article was out of stock and I was phoned immediately when it came back in….having just moved house and had dealings with many suppliers and delivery companies, I have found these to be among the best I have dealt with.”

“The product is great value, a competitive price, I couldn't find the same thing for cheaper. Simple to assemble. Helpful staff- returning my emails, friendly on the phone and talked me through a problem I had. Wonderful, thank you”

“Excellent service all round. Very precise delivery times, almost to the minute. Slight problem with a chair which was rectified immediately. If only all internet companies were as good as MDM. Mark, who I dealt with is a top man with a clear understanding of what the customer wants.”

“The product was fab and exactly what had been described...the courier company that this company use.. Yodel ..however were awful...asked to stay in all day from 8 -9pm!!! they gave you no expected time and couldn't contact the driver as he had no mobile !! So I stayed in all day and they failed to deliver by 4pm...I called them and was told no one was in when they tried to deliver!!! You can imagine I had a long debate with them and they redelivered at 7.30pm that night...great product awful delivery service..I want to order more from this company but won't because of the delivery...shame...they are let down by their suppliers..”

“After a stuttering start with problems with delivery dates and times and one item arriving damaged. I could not fault the product or the customer service so well done MDM on a great value product and excellent customer service. I will definitely use your company again.”

“Great Eames style chair, packaged well and arrived quickly. Some of the pieces were missing though and the email contact supplied did not work. However when I phoned this problem was quickly solved and the missing piece was posted within a few days. Overall im very happy and would use again.”

“We are very pleased with the chairs we ordered. They were very reasonable, easy to assemble and arrived on the arranged date. We were missing a couple of tiny components which I emailed MDM about and they arrived the next day. Great products and service.”
