DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I placed an order on Nov 2022 - it is currently March 2023. After ordering I recover a letter from boarder security that the items aren’t accepted in Aust -( this was not stated on Direct-Sams site anywhere yet they are happy to take my money). I emailed them a copy of this letter and many emails requesting a refund they continue to give me the run-around and not refund my money. The terms of their business are clearly illegal yet the use those term to hide behind doing what fair and reasonable.
You won’t see your product or money if u use this company”
