I paid for Express Delivery 48 hrs, received an email to say the frame was out of stock. I gave them the option of 3 other different frames stating I would be happy with any of those, did not receive them within the date specified. I cancelled the order and got a refund. No apology. I would not use them again

VERY DISAPPOINTING MARIA!! Paid over a month ago for urgent glasses for my mother who has cataracts and glaucoma they messed me around from day one with empty promises and no delivery what so ever,was lied to several times and given false delivery dates by Maria Unfortunately, in that time my mother was unable to read as she had no glasses.

Trying to get hold of Direct Sight no joy ordered glasses 13 th August estimated delivery 27th August still not arrived answered one email .but no response to others can’t get through on phone .Are they a real company.?

This company is a circus I wish I could show you the emails. Paid over 2 months ago for glasses they messed me around from day one with empty promises and no delivery what so ever,was lied to several times and given false dead line dates. This company is a scam if you ask me I have got my money back as yet. Stay away stay far away from this company.

As with others, I wished I’d seen the below before ordering (I did check trust pilot 🙄). It’s been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order - initially was told there was an issue with the lens cutting machine but they have failed to respond to my last 2 emails chasing delivery. I suspect I’ll have to make a chargeback claim via my bank 😡

I wish I had seen these reviews before I went ahead and ordered new glasses. I am still waiting for my order. It's now gone way past the confirmed delivery date and to get any communication or reply is non existent or impossible. It states on the website "sit back and relax"... yeah!... and then wait... wait... wait... :(

NO CONTACT ! So I rung them, was lied to me I was told their machine had broke, but would get next day delivery! NOTHING waited three extra days contacted them, and said I now wanted a up grade even offering to pay the difference ! I was then just refunded….

Terrible, next to no customer service. next day deliver is non existent. emailed me informing i had to pay additional money for the service after paying prices stated on the website and delivery took over 4 weeks. Will never use this company again, nearly £100 spent on glasses when i could have gone to my options and got better service and value for my money. Would not recommend.

Shocking service, paid 19.50 express delivery. 1 month on I still have no glasses. I wont use again.
