“ As with others, I wished I’d seen the below before ordering (I did check trust pilot 🙄). It’s been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order - initially was told there was an issue with the lens cutting machine but they have failed to respond to my last 2 emails chasing delivery. I suspect I’ll have to make a chargeback claim via my bank 😡 ”

“ I wish I had seen these reviews before I went ahead and ordered new glasses. I am still waiting for my order. It's now gone way past the confirmed delivery date and to get any communication or reply is non existent or impossible. It states on the website "sit back and relax"... yeah!... and then wait... wait... wait... :( ”
