“ I paid for Express Delivery 48 hrs, received an email to say the frame was out of stock. I gave them the option of 3 other different frames stating I would be happy with any of those, did not receive them within the date specified. I cancelled the order and got a refund. No apology. I would not use them again ”

“ They were so honourable they even decided to give me a £10 refund. ”

“ Terrible company, £150 for glasses to receive these in terrible quality, asked for this to be rectified and have been told I am lying and there is nothing with the glasses, now refusing to give me a refund. Impossible to speak to anyone instead they hide behind their emails. Shall be taking this further as it's theft, avoid if you do not want disappointment or stress. ”

Easy DO NOT USE THIS SITE! took 4 weeks to deliver so had to go on holiday with droken glasses, arrived with wrong lenses asked for a refund was told NO as they deem lenses suitable! Said they will only refund frames leaving me £69 out of pocket and unable to now afford more glasses so my sight at risk of being damaged. again PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS ROBBING SITE! ”

“ I’m very suspicious of this company. The address they have given doesn’t belong to them, it’s a carpet warehouse. Also they don’t respond to emails and I haven’t received my glasses or had any indication when they will actually arrive. Be careful, I’ve asked for a refund and will pursue this through PayPal. ”
