“When ordering our electric stove we were told 3 to 5 days delivery. However we didn’t take delivery for 3 weeks. We were told this was because of delivery from suppliers but our disappointment was with their customer service. We were not kept informed and only updated when we made the effort to telephone Direct Stoves. Don’t be put off by the frontage if you visit as it looks quite small but they have a an excellent choice of fires and surrounds etc and the salesman was very helpful.”
