"I purchased a 125CC cruiser brand new moped, which I started facing issues with from day one, the bike was damaged while it was packaged, the cables were torn, the wheel and tire were damaged and hand painted as their service provider advised, the bike started causing some vibrations in less than 200 miles, and the ignition panel was wrongly fitted, and the mirrors start to spin after moving off due to wind and can\u2019t be tightened. I repeatedly contacted the customer support email, and raised many complaints, and was ignored, I requested from the support to provide me with the authorized service providers and after contacting the authorized service providers, most of them didn\u2019t accept servicing bikes from direct bikes until finally found one that does. I claimed my consumer rights to have the bike repaired, replaced or refunded and yet I received no response. \r\nFinally I received some kind of response asking to remove my review, blackmailing me in order to send me a new mirror and totally ignored all the other complaints I\u2019ve raised, and of course they didn\u2019t take the responsibility and accused me of these defects. Not mentioning their aggressive tone in the emails, absolutely worse customer service.\r\nThank you direct bikes, I will buy myself new ones without the need for your excellent customer service! \r\nA very bad experience and will never repeat it. And I definitely don\u2019t recommend anyone to buy from direct bikes, because even if you purchase the extended warranty from them like I did, you will get nothing of their after sales support."
