DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They said they had dispatched but courier no record of this and it is now 2 weeks later. No reply to emails, telephone cuts out after a few rings. Disgraceful service. I have possibly lost my £300!! Half the order now arrived all damaged. The box looks like it has been run over. Lots missing and rubbish quality. I am furious this is disgusting!

What a shame. Ordered a blind to fit into our skylight...25x25 inches...came to £121 in total. Thought it was very pricey at the time for what it was, but decided to allay my verdict until it arrived. When I took it out of the box I knew immediately just by looking at it that I had been terrifically overcharged...this company must be making a mint! Was a plastic and metal blind accompanied by a few cheap fixings. I thought if I'd been charged that much for something like this, then at least I'd also receive some comprehensive step-by-step instructions on how to install it...but there was nothing! There were cords going here and there, through this hole and that, and one half of the blind dangling down on the other end of them getting caught up in them all. Adding to this it was in no way transparent how to even begin to figure it out...and I am good at DIY and have worked on all kinds of projects with my hands. I felt lost. I called customer service and the chap on the other end told me that they didn't actually make the blind...they ordered it from somewhere else, so in fact this blind hadn't even passed through their hands and wasn't really anything to do with them. They'd had it made, probably overseas, and had it sent to my house. He said he'd email me a link to some instructions. I waited quarter of an hour for it to come through, but it didn't. I called again and was put through to someone else who then emailed me a set of instructions herself which I received...but they were varied and confusing. They didn't all relate specifically to the blind that I had ordered and included so many options of installation depending on which way you were installing it in the house, that in the end I had to give up on them and just try to figure it out myself, which thankfully, eventually I did. But man, I feel robbed. When the blind is open, there are in total a number of five cords running across the open space of the skylight in the ceiling, which doesn't do anything for the aesthetics of the space, and which definitely isn't an incredibly obvious feature of the blind in the photos on the website. Just another negative feature of this whole experience that causes me to give these guys the low rating that I have.
