“Absolute joke, DO NOT believe the "Next Day" delivery claim. My delivery did not arrive and despite the fact I made it very clear to Direct Global I needed them now as I was moving tomorrow they didn't care, a good supplier would have sent a same day delivery out instantly to help (only 2 hours from their depot). This delay may cost me thousands of pounds!!”
