“The products are great and for a lovely price for the home barista. I also had an issue with billing and their customer care team were quick to help resolve it. The items also arrived quickly and well packaged so it limited damage. Highly recommend for the products and service!”

“The page was awful to understand the delivery charges ya need to keep updating it I was told I paid 15 pounds for delivery and never even arrived next day when I emailed to complain they blamed me never ordering from yas again”

“I’ve been very disappointed with the service provided. I’ve ordered 11 items . One was well packaged, 5 were poorly packaged and damaged in transit. 5 didn’t even show up. Response times are slow when trying to sort out and have to wait around 48 hours for any kind of response”
