“Very disappointed with Discount Cream. After placing my order I waited for longer than the 5 days they say your order will be delivered in. After this I sent an email and sent 2 messages through the online chat help. I waited the 24 hours for a response and got no response from anyone. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Oh I had no refund either 😕”

“The courier that is used by discount cream (evri) is unreliable for next day day delivery and can sometimes lose pavkages completely so my recommendation is don't order from here if you need your items in the next couple of days from when you place your order.”

“Very poor service. Had to chase my order up after approx 10 days, to be told that the order was damaged in transit and they don’t have anymore of the items I requested in stock. So if I hadn’t chased this up I probably wouldn’t have had my issue resolved. Thankfully I chased it up, will say the refund process was very quick and simple. But would have preferred more transparency from the company rather then me having to chase them.”

“First time ordering from here, parcel never received, delivery driver left outside my door on main road and I never received it, contacted them and they told me they couldn’t do anything. Waste of money to pay for something and not received it. Just glad i didn’t make a big order and end up losing out on more money. BUT BE AWARE WHEN ORDERING better to order from more reputable and trustworthy brands”
