I’m very surprised you’d even be stupid enough to send my this to fill out considering how I was treated by yourselves just before Christmas. I ordered, paid extra for fast delivery and it never showed up so you sent the item out again which never showed up. It cost me a lot of money as the catering event had to be cancelled. After not receiving either delivery you asked if I would like a refund which obviously I said yes to, to then find out you had cancelled the second delivery so I didn’t receive it a couple days later where I still could of used it. I’ve ordered off you several times before and never had a single problem, but on this occasion the terrible customer service along with the lack of care, respect or decency showed a very different side to your company. Due to this I’m not sure if I can trust you anymore or should take my business elsewhere. I’ve told everyone else at all the events and on the group chats to hold off ordering anything from you guys until this matter is resolved. I look forward to your response to why this happened and what will be done about it !!!

The chargers we bought were underfilled, with some being completly empty. We have used budget chargers before without any problems so this was an unpleasent suprise. I have never known a full sypion needing more than 3 charges but we were getting through 10 or 12 each time and used the full order of almost 100 chargers in just 2 days. We will not be placing further orders.

As an individual buying from a company that sells to businesses, I felt that my order wasn’t important to them. It obviously wasn’t because when my order had not arrived 10 days later, I asked for a refund and this was granted with no apology or explanation. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Waited over 2 weeks after paying for next day delivery. Contacted customer service, they didnt reply until after id received the product, and the fault was apparently mine.

Absolutely sickening customer service I have ordered from this company when I received my order few of the items was damaged 2 items was broken and part of my order was missing I have called and emailed the company regarding this that time they said they are looking into it and that I will be getting the remaining order. Which I still didn’t receive yet it’s been 2 months. I kept calling and emailing them regarding this but no reply from them. I have asked for a refund on the items that I didn’t receive they still didn’t respond to this either so I appealed to PayPal for it with all the details,, When PayPal contacted them they told PayPal that all the items was delivered and that I wasn’t damaged,,WHICH WAS A LIE! I have never seen anything like this before. Absolutely sickening and disgusting customer service. I wouldn’t even rate them 1 star this company is 0 star in customer service PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Made a mistake by ordering again. I ordered my items on the 5th December and still haven’t heard or received my items. I will not be ordering from here again. Worst company ever.

The product advertised was not the product received. A lower-value item was delivered. When this was questioned on a very laborious webchat, I was told that it was a mistake, but nothing was done to make up the shortfall. The only options were to accept the lower-valued items or return them. This is very inconvenient and just easier to accept overpriced goods.

I paid for next day delivery and it came 5 days later. I emailed to ask if I could cancel as soon as I saw the expected delivery date and didn’t get a response. Don’t rely on next day delivery or customer service from this company. Will not be using again. :(

I have asked for a refund due to my parcel getting damaged in transit. It never even got delivered but I haven’t heard back from anyone.

Order got cancelled and have not received a refund, terrible way to treat customers, il stick with creamsupplies from now as they have not let me down. EDIT: had an email regarding the issue saying my issue has been resolved which it hasn’t. No refund or product has been given!

The page was awful to understand the delivery charges ya need to keep updating it I was told I paid 15 pounds for delivery and never even arrived next day when I emailed to complain they blamed me never ordering from yas again

I’ve been very disappointed with the service provided. I’ve ordered 11 items . One was well packaged, 5 were poorly packaged and damaged in transit. 5 didn’t even show up. Response times are slow when trying to sort out and have to wait around 48 hours for any kind of response
