“I have previously ordered from this company with absolutely no issues, however this time around i’m shocked with the service. I ordered an item for a birthday (25 days in advance), and I did not receive my order at all. Not only did I not receive my item, during the waiting period I tried to make contact with the company multiple times and did not gain a response. Eventually after gaining a valuable response, I received a refund for my missing product. I am devastated I did not get my item as it was the perfect birthday gift.”

“Not impressed with your delivery! Paid for next day delivery which didn't happen. You told me there was a problem with the courier. I told you to send another as this isn't my mistake. You said you would. Over 7days since ordering and still no parcel. Considering you offer next day delivery the replacement should have arrived my now..”

“Horrible service. Paid for a next day delivery, it has been 5 working days and I am yet to receive my package. Someone needs to reach out to sort this issue as I paid a premium price and got very bad service.”

“Not a fan. Very dissapointed. Ordered the French Vanilla and nothing about it tastes how French vanilla should. It has a horrible random almond taste to it. Far from Anything like French Vanilla. The Blue syrup, also disappointing, has no flavor at all, is just Color for use in drinks. Very disappointed with these syrups. Save your money and don’t order. Would not reccommended at all.”

“I wouldn't recommend this company. I ordered some syrups and didn't receive my order for over two weeks. After making a complaint, they eventually refunded my money. Communication with this company was difficult, and they didn't provide a reason for the delay. As I was opening a new business, this was particularly frustrating. Even if this is the last company to order from, stay away.”

“After placing my order I did not receive an email confirmation, nor delivery status. Absolutely no communication whatsoever. Though payment was taken promptly. Every other online shop gives email confirmations and updates re delivery. Very unusual on your part.”

“Horrifically hard to communicate with, item never turned up, emails took days to respond to, phones never got answered, eventually got refunded with no explanation or apology. Service in the emails was defensive at best In response to how did I communicate with the company I would like to put “with great difficulty” however that isn’t an option”

“Sent half my order, took about a week to actually post it, then charged me for delivery without telling me because apparently now the order was halved I didn’t qualify for free delivery anymore, to be honest was not a good service, you asked me for a review by emailing me and this is my honest experience”

“I ordered small Nitrogen capsules/cylinders. I received a jiffybag with 10 unmarked loose cylinders, no receipt, no package content details, nothing. The cylinders could have been filled with anything, Is this customer service?? I sent them pack over a week ago and have not headr anything nor have i been refunded. I asked for the shipment to be replaced with a box of marked cylnders as appears on the website. On second thoughts i want a refund, I cannot trust this mob anymore.”
