“I ordered Saffron syrup from another supplier (it never turned up, no customer service and no tracking - bank got me refund). I ordered from Discount Cream on 10 August 2023 and it arrived today (15th Aug). They don't answer the phone or reply to emails but they send email receipt of order. I thought the same thing would happen with first company, but they came through.”
