“We bought a Disney+ gift card for a friend as a present but they already have Disney+ (tv channel). The terms And conditions of sale state that as they already have it they cannot use it - they cannot even add the credit to their account. Apparently our only option is to use it ourself (we already have it) or gift it to someone else.
We just want a refund. This was flagged to Disney about an hour after we bought it.
Only a US telephone number and the online chat have just said no refund and sorry we can’t help...
