“Disneyland Paris did not make me or my family happy.Disneyland for me was a big disappointment I stayed at the Newport Bay hotel. I paid extra for a lake view total waste of money you can not even see the lake for trees false advertising . The picture that they show is a clear view of the lake which I did not have . The park itself is just another theme park nothing special no atmosphere I could see how they could make it better. The music that is played through out the park is depressing it should be more up beat and music and songs from Disney films. It would be nice if each ride was playing music relevant to the ride. Walt Disney studios should have a part dedicated to Walt Disney himself and about his life and Disney films. I went for scare fest and it did not capture Halloween at all very poor again not as advertised. The shuttle does not run late enough to let you stay till the end. There was not even any music that related to Halloween. The Magic bus that picks you up and takes you back to airport is away at the other end of the airport the distance that you have to walk to the bus for pick up and to get to your destination to fly back is ridiculous surely they can do better than that. I will not be returning to Disneyland Paris my family think Alton Towers is better and that Alton Towers Scare fest is a lot better so we will go to Alton next year for their scare fest The Disney parade was not even themed to relate to Halloween.”
“Fantastic location stayed in the Disneyland Hotel, Castle Club, service is an issue always poor and with an attitude but that's the French towards the English I suppose, we just accept it and go back every year!”
“The Disney esos is to make sure that everyone enjoys themselves -- that goes for all ages -- at Euro Disney they almost lived up to these expectations during a recent holiday we spent with our children and grandchildren -- with the exception of quite a few of the rides being temporarily shut some for quite long periods and also a show which was cancelled just as a few hundred people who had queued for about 1/2hr were about to enter.
We also waited in a queue with our grand daughters to get photos with two of the Disney characters only for one not to turn up at all and the other 20mins late -- no apology offered.
The day we left we were also aware that there was a complete power failure in one of the parks.
We have been to Disney in Florida and didn't experience any of these type of issues -- EuroDisney need to smarten their product offering up.”
