FedEx, the servie you used to send the package isn't up to the standard we hope for when online shopping.
To this day i still don't have my package, which was a gift for christmas.
It was expected to be delivered between the 4th and the 9th.
In the end it was delivered the 10th, a day i wasn't home and couldn't get it.
I request that either you refund ou resend the package.

Tried to get a refund, the site is in USD and I'm in Canada. Doesn't label the prices as usd on the website anywhere. Realize on bank statement it was over $50 more than I originally thought. Get refund through customer service, went smooth. Spent $220 and they sent back $205. They blame currency conversion at the bank. But public info on usd to cad xchange stayed the same those 2 days. Bad experience.

They won't refund it and its false advertisement as they don't state its faux and I have to pay to send it back on top so to get a refund I have to lose about £20-£30 in postage just to get it.
