The end result after rapid production and delivery of several top quality products was a top-notch booth that received many great comments. According to one presenter: "I've been doing this 18 years, and I've never seen a booth that looks this good."”
“I called Display Pros to be sure our non-custom order would deliver in time for our needs (high school homecoming float). I was assured it would. When it did not ship, I called. I was assured via email it was "shipping today" three different times. I was clear we had to have it by Thursday morning. It arrived at 5:30 pm Thursday instead. I have reached out multiple times to return the item and be fully refunded. We paid close to $100 in shipping costs to not receive our item in time! So very very disappointed by how this played out.”
“Very disappointed, the product order went well but from that poing on they were very unhelpful. The product was delivered but had bent in the shipping box. Trying to get the information to create a return was impossible no one would get in contact with us. Very frustrated.”
“Ok prices, flexible options, good product. Fabric is lightweight and semi-sheer, stitching tension is relaxed but not loose. Only place I found having 16x24 size available for uploaded artwork with fly-end reinforcement. Like the many print houses I've worked with over the years, my fretting in the submission notes was met with silence, then the proof came at a late hour from a personal email address (the founder!), then it went to 'In Production' purgatory, and finally it showed up right on time and looked great. Not thrilled about the shipping for a single flag being over half the cost of the flag itself, but I do want one more flag, and I'll still come here to get it.”
“I purchased an inexpensive product, some simple hooks. I did not receive what I order, I got the wrong model. the cost was not worth the effort to return it . Just a waste of time, I won’t try again.”
