“I purchased 2 chairs and a couch. Both upgraded leather and springs. Product arrived months later and the chair broken to no repair. I was asked to keep it for a replacement. Been 4 months and still. I replacement. Glad I stored your garbage for 4 months for free. Thank you.
The couch I just threw on sidewalk for city bill trash to pick up. Springs popped and squeezed and sunk 4 inches plus when my kids sat on it. 10 yr son.
Biggest pile of trash. I'll never recommend your product. I'm sadly upset I lost thousands. I literally put the couch in City dumpster and the one non broken chair in garage as a smoking chair. The new one if it arrives will be donated or thrown in garage.

“Something I really didn’t want to post or share on here…DO NOT buy a sofa from Distinctive chesterfields! I repeat DO NOT buy a sofa from them at all!!!! There is nothing wrong with the frames or how the guys have put it together etc so that isn’t their fault but the quality of the leather is absolutely shocking! They cost a fortune and they will only disappoint. We’ve tried to discuss this privately and sort the problem out but they are just saying their product is amazing blah blah blah etc etc! Does this look amazing to you? Would you be happy with this as your sofa of just a year old? No! I am far from happy with our purchase. You should be ashamed of yourselves. “I ordered 2 leather wingbacks for about $3000. After the expected wait of several weeks they arrived ('white glove delivery'). Legs on both were damaged - one was leg broken and each l of the legs were supposed to have a tight fitted dowel for stability. The dowels were too small and narrow to work. Both chairs had back panels permanently stretched out of shape. Their response was to say a furniture specialist would come to fix them. That took about 6 weeks and after 10 minutes, he said he couldn't fix the damage. After another 5 weeks they picked them up after they had sat, unusable, in our living room for about 2 1/2 months. I received a refund about 7 months after my original purchase! The owner never showed any particular empathy or interest in addressing my problem I had to initiate each correspondence. She even offered me 15% if I would just keep these inferior products. I can't remember ever having such terrible service, while they were holding my $3000. I am in my 70's and have never posted any review before, but this must be reported. Do not do business with this organization You may have similar problems.”

If I could give less I would, this feedback is mostly in relation to the attitude of the sales, management & pathetic customer service. I spent over £6k with this company just over a year ago and the purchase was supposed to include a 5 year protection plan.
One of my sofas has a whole arm that has completely lost its colour, I phoned the insurance people to ask what can be done to rectify it, they said I didn't have a plan in place and even if I did the plan wouldn't cover it because its a fault with the leather and sealant and the manufacturer should rectify it.
I rang Distinctive Chesterfields London and explained the situation and emailed all the details which they just ignored even after repeated (8) chaser emails and (6) phone calls. They eventually palmed it off to the Northern office who were just as bad and dismissive.
It would appear they are charging for protection plans but not actually supplying them, hoping the customer wont notice! This in my eye's is FRAUD! Even when challenged they refused to accept responsibility/acknowledge for not setting up the policy. and said that I am now covered, 3 weeks later still nothing received and no cover!
I requested a local leather repair specialist to assess the situation & quote accordingly. They came back and said it's a fault of the colouring and leather sealant and because of its location on the arm it has accelerated the fading. They quoted £360 for fixing the fault and sealing it properly.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour from Distinctive Chesterfields. They are all nice and helpful whilst selling as soon as they get your money nothing and rude! This is quiet obvious NOW whilst reading other reviews!
