“Good product, but lacking in CS. Subbed automatically for another yeah, and I promptly asked for refund as it was by accident. I am aware that terms typically say refunds aren't possible, but they should process a refund like this, where it's a clear mistake. So while it's a nice product, I cannot support someone who would rather hold on to the money, and loose a customer for life, than just make the damn refund. :)”
