“The boss could have been more understanding.I turned up for an appointment on the 13/12/21 11.20am only to be greeted with can you put on a mask.I informed the owner that i was exempt,she then asked me if i have a lanyard to prove it,as if a lanyard proves anything,anyone can purchase these lanyards online.I told her that i was not aware that i had to carry a lanyard as that was not clear to me on the website when i booked this appointment this morning.She then said it was her responsibility to protect her staff and told me to back up 2 meters as if i was a leper.I tried to point out that having a landyard in actuality does not protect anyone from anything.She could not really respond to that,so i said if she felt that strongly about it then she could cancel my appointment of which she chose to do.My experience was absolutely appalling.”
