“I called many times explaining I wanted a joint application divorce. Agreed a price of £488 and was told that was it. Well after 2 days I got the paperwork through and it was a sole application. I asked them to amend this but they wouldn’t. Said they would look into it and call me back obviously they didn’t. So many more phone calls and emails and they agree to refund me. Now get email saying they won’t. Totally lied to as wasn’t told about almost £600 court cost on top aswell. Stressful enough time without losing £488 but I’m not going to let this go and will take it further through the right channels. Also asked them to check all the recorded calls to see I stated it was a mural joint decision. Absolute jokers and fraudsters”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I paid £499 on 14 July 2022 it is now 19 July 2022 I had to cancel because I was not happy with the service, I only had one call from them, no papers, I am a disabled person, they take my money and also did not tell me that I had to pay another £539 on top so this is why I ask refund however they will not refund me, as you can see I have only been with them for days, this is my experience be warned..”

“APRIL 2021, I PAID AND INSTRUCTED THIS COMPANY, MAY 2022, NOW THEY HAVE TOLD ME AFTER 14 MONTHS, THEY HAVE LOST ALL MY DOCUMENTS MARRIAGE LICENCE THE LOT !! SENSITIVE DOCUMENTS, UNDER GDPR PROTECTION...THEN RACHEL DECIDED TO PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME WHEN I CHALLENGED HER INCOMPITENCE !! DO not use this company, they are con artists, they have had my hard earned money for well over a year, the courts have no idea who I am , no case number or anything... THIFES”
