“Product, price and delivery (by DPD, excellent as ever) all good. I found navigating the web-site to be a bit tricky, but I was pleased to find that the information about the active components was all there. One must still look elsewhere for any discussion of the pros and cons of the active components, but I can understand that the suppliers don't want to get into that.”

“Rat trap works well in box. Box was very difficult to open, attractant does not seem to attract??????”

Thank you for your comments. Rat bait boxes are quite difficult to open that is the intention of the manufacturers. Safety from secondary importance being paramount. When you are baiting traps you need to try a number of different baits ideally one you know the rats have been feeding off. The attractant is specially formulated and should work well.

“Easy to order. We ordered after 4pm and so the items did not arrive the next day but they came the day after, which we kind of expected would happen. We have not actually used the bee keeper hats and veils yet but they look good. I would use this company again.”

Pleased that you found the advice and service to your liking. Unfortunately we have to use carriers for delivery of the type of products we sell. They only offer a next day service.

“I emailed yesterday as although I ordered and paid for next working day delivery £6, their preferred carrier did not deliver for over three working days UPS. Kept getting emails saying your orders out for delivery by end of day and signature is required but it never came Still haven’t had a reply from my email asking for a postage refund !”

I am sorry you had problems with your delivery. UPS proved to be lacking in many aspects of their service. We are now using DPD to cary all our orders and the feedback on their service has been great.

“Smoke bomb product arrived when it said it would and definitely helped with the problem. I have re-ordered as I think we need a couple of repeat treatments to fix the problem completely”
